This intermediate-level course builds on foundational first aid knowledge, equipping learners with the skills to assess, prioritise, and manage a wider range of medical, injury, and environmental emergencies in in the workplace. Delivered through online theory learning followed by a hands-on, in-person practical assessment, the course focuses on confident decision-making, effective casualty care, and structured incident management.
Aligned with South African workplace health and safety requirements, Level 2 emphasises a risk-based approach to primary emergency care, enabling learners to respond appropriately to emergencies specific to their working environment.
